?Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Night Coach Counselor at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida. ?

Situated close to the stunning beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at risk males. The academy offers evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being. With its prime location and a focus on personalized treatment, Palm Beach Youth Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.

Pay Range: $19- $21

What you will do: As a Night Coach Counselor, you'll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program, and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You'll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student's treatment plan.

To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of equivalent experience, possess a current State Driver's license and have acceptable driving for the last three years, and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Schedule: 7:00 PM- 8:00 AM
