Night Custodian

REPORTS TO:

Director of Operations

DESCRIPTION:

Full Time custodian Monday to Friday, night shift, 3pm to 11pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Black seal license or ability to obtain

* Minimum experience as determined by the Board

* Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures; knowledge of heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials

* Ability to read, write and communicate effectively

* Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status

* Current residency in NJ, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment

REMUNERATION:

Salary will be in accordance with the current KSEA agreement
