- Includes cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, climbing a ladder to clean windows and lifting up to 50 pounds of any assigned areas such as bathrooms, offices, classrooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, dormitories etc.
- Collection and disposal of any garbage and recyclables from all trash containers and bringing it to designated areas
- Sweep, mop, strip and buff hard wood floors where necessary
- Report to supervisor any faulty building functions such as lights, doors, locks, bathroom fixtures
- Assist snow removal department when needed
- May require overtime
- Any other duties as requested
QualificationsRequired Experience
- Possess some knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning agents
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma preferred
