Summary of Position: Operates on Saltwater Disposal and Water Wells.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: The following represents most of the position's duties but is not meant to be all-inclusive or prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees must comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules, standards, and corporate policies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. As a Night Facility Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting daily facility operations.
- Performing daily facility reports.
- Checking loads to ensure the fluid is acceptable for disposal.
- Cleaning out SWD filter baskets on the pumps.
- Conducting daily inspections of equipment and facility operating functions.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.
- Gauging Tanks.
- Maintaining up-to-date meter readings and compiling information for daily reports.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Monitoring water levels at the site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters.
- Monitoring and accounting for skim oil volumes removed from the facility.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance daily.
- Keeping track of pump pressures.
- Monitoring drivers for proper procedures and personal protection equipment (PPE) use.
- Reporting safety/environmental issues to management.
- Understand and adhere to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have at least 1+ years' experience working on saltwater disposal sites required.
Working Conditions/Environment: - Operates in a field environment.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: - This is a full-time position.
- Rotation Schedules Offered:
- 10/4, 5/2, or 5/3
- Day and night shifts available
- Occasional call-outs at nights
