Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Various Shifts Schedule Monday-Friday evenings, Rotating/On-call weekends Description Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a qualified individualto manage janitorial services in the Kansas City area. This could be a full-time salaried evening position or part-time hourly position, with some weekends required.Must have flexibility between 4:00PM and Midnight, Monday-Friday , and on-call/rotating weekendsPosition Purpose: To oversee the cleaning staff at multiple locations including hospitals, medical offices, churches, schools and other businesses.Responsibilities Include
- Managing supervisors, leads, and cleaners in all aspects of the company's requirements and policies.
- Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
- Training and retraining staff.
- Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently.
- Set agenda for the week on any special projects or focus areas.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints and requests
- Perform inspections and do follow up inspections.
- Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours.
- Working side by side with cleaners and supervisors when necessary.
- Managing supply and laundry levels
- Completing daily reports as required
This position requires a clean background, valid driver's license, your own reliable transportation and active cell phone with abilitty to text videos and picture.Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
