About the job Night Nurse Detox Nurse w/ Sign On Bonus $3,000About Us The Plymouth House is looking for multiple RNs and LPNs to join our team. Available: Full Time Day Shift, Full Time Night Shift Pay range for RNs is $30-$38 per hour. The Pay range for LPNs is $25-$31 per hour. The Plymouth House is a 48-Bed Residential Treatment facility located in Plymouth, NH. Our agency serves individuals with substance use disorder in need of residential treatment services. Join Us The Nurse is responsible for all Nursing related services for each resident and for linking patients to the physicians and to outside medical resources. The Nurse is a vital part of the Interdisciplinary Team and will communicate when necessary to inform the clinical team about any medical or nursing issues that arise with the resident. The position will be under the Director of Nursing. This position provides for medical screens, routine nursing care and overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the patient in coordination with the attending physician. Requirements

• RN in the State of New Hampshire
• LPN in the State of New Hampshire
• Substance Use Disorder: 1 year (Preferred)
• Detox: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inpatient, partial hospitalization and/or outpatient setting experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Identify patients care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
• Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support
• Resolve or report on patients needs or problems
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc)
• Monitor and record patients condition and document provided care services
• Treat medical emergencies
• Administer workloads
• Follow care regulations and standards
• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
• Performs other duties assigned.
