Location: Saint Cloud,MN, USA
Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for a self-motivated individual who is responsible for providing accurate processing and sorting of documentation to various branches and departments.
Hours and Wages:
* Monday-Friday, 5:00PM-2:00AM
* Starting wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greets and assist customers in walk-in counter with packages for shipment
* Utilizes handheld pad to enter package for pick up or inbound scans
* Responsible for corporate reception after normal business hours
* Sorts and routes paperwork to other branches and departments
* Collects, verifies, and organizes COD payments from Route Drivers
* Balances and counts cash drawer daily
* Maintains a professional work environment by performing janitorial duties on occasion
* Locates and retrieves individual packages in warehouse for customer pickup
* Performs other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Clerical or administrative experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Work requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Work requires basic computer knowledge and customer service skills
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
