ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works as a member of the sanitation crew in its nightly operations. Disassembles parts of the processing equipment, sanitizes them, and reassembles them. Washes and sanitizes all processing equipment, meeting or exceeding USDA standards. Washes floors, walls, and bathrooms of the plant. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and Spanish (desired). Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills. Preferred Education and/or Experience Handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize tasks and projects. Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment. HAACP, GMP, and BRC experience. Basic maintenance and electrical skills. Certifications No certifications required Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
