DescriptionNIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Chino areaLewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important careers of Night Service Manager at our large, upscale Lewis-owned communities in the Chino and Chino Hills area of the Inland Empire. These full-time evening and night hour careers (approx. 5:30pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of large apartment communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting, and an overall customer service-first approach to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: -Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred -Previous experience working with the public/customers-Ability to handle stressful situations professionally -Ability to self-supervise and work independently Drug screen & Background performed upon hireLocations: Green Valley (Chino Hills, Ca.)Santa Barbara Chino HillsHomecoming at The Preserve (Chino, Ca.)In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $23/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more.
