This position is located near Siloam Springs, AR (Colcord, OK) and is on-site only —remote work is not available. If you thrive in overnight operations, enjoy problem-solving, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities As a Night Shift Driver Manager , you will: Dispatch and route drivers on loads efficiently and effectively. Manage the full lifecycle of loads, from assignment to delivery, ensuring all issues (e.g., late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns) are resolved promptly. Maintain communication with drivers, customers, and management to ensure freight moves on schedule. Monitor and enforce driver compliance with federal/state regulations, including DOT and FMCSR standards. Oversee driver Hours of Service and address any compliance concerns. Provide exceptional problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during night operations. Suggest strategies to increase operational efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Fleet Dispatch/Fleet Management: Minimum 1 year (Preferred). Knowledge of DOT and FMCSR regulations. Proficient in Hours of Service (HOS) management. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based systems. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Strong communication and attention to detail. Knowledge of maintenance and equipment issues is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $62,000 - $67,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.
