This role is critical to the Maintenance team, performing routine maintenance functions and mechanical, electrical, and systematic troubleshooting. They help oversee the upkeep of the facilities and equipment that support production.
Hours: M- F 5pm - 5:30am
Pay: $24 (depending on experience)
Full benefits at 60 days.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
* A minimum of two-five years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing production and material-handling equipment is required.
* Proficient knowledge of lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
* In-depth understanding of NFPA70E.
* Good understanding of computer systems and electrical controls.
* Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
* Follows Safety Guidelines and procedures set for this role.
* Adheres to all required safe working procedures.
* Assists with daily maintenance of production equipment to support the operation of the plant.
* Assists in the installation of new production equipment.
* Services and maintains equipment, including motors, conveyors, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.
* Conducts daily inspections assessing the proper functionality of production machines.
* Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical breakdowns.
* Fabricates parts for repairs and upgrades using hand and machine tools.
* Ensures the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance repairs, equipment installations, and changeovers.
* Conducts routine maintenance and safety checks on production equipment.
* Performs preventative maintenance and repairs.
* Documents all the work done on the facilities and equipment using the CMMS app.
* Uses hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
* Learn to use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
* Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and service manuals to perform required maintenance.
* Provides status updates to the maintenance and production managers throughout the work and upon completion.
* Conducts routine equipment inspections and reports findings.
* Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance on production and material-handling equipment and the production facility buildings, following work orders and technical documentation.
* Responds to operational requests for troubleshooting/diagnosing assembly systems and equipment and conducts repairs.
* Runs electronic tests and inspections of circuits and performs minor electrical repairs.
* Conducts preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating equipment and motors and adjusting equipment and tooling.
* Services, repairs, adjusts, and tests machines, devices, and equipment, including propane burners, conveyance equipment, overhead hoist/cranes, and other casting-related systems within the facility.
* Inspects drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels, replaces filters, and performs other maintenance actions following the CMMS Work Order system or the manufacturer PM list.
* Installs, paints, or repairs roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and building structures.
* Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring devices.
* Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them using blueprints, repair manuals, or part catalogs.
* Operate various company vehicles, including forklifts, man lifts, tractors, company trucks, etc., and obtain proper training.
* Conducts other projects, duties, and assignments as needed and assigned by the Maintenance Manager or management.
