- Provide Direct Support: Deliver personalized care and services, advocating for the individuals with disabilities in your care.
- Create a Positive Environment: Establish a nurturing, secure space that supports self-expression and personal goals.
- Facilitate Independence: Help individuals develop skills for daily living and participate fully in their community.
- Support Job Placement: Assist with job searches, resume building, and preparation for interviews to help individuals enter the workforce.
- Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe environment and assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, as needed.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with regulations and best practices to provide high-quality service.Qualifications:
