Candidates with a background in a manufacturing environment are desired. Individuals need to be strong team players and self-starters with a desire to succeed. Position can expect to train on day shift for 1-2 months before returning to home shift.Requirements:-Familiarity with ADP or HRIS/ timekeeping system-Soft skills to assist with employee support-Time management skills-Decision-making skills-Prioritization of tasks-Willingness to team-build!Candidate should have good organizational skills to be able to effectively supervise hourly employees in a UNION environment. Good computer skills necessary.Requirements include a high school diploma along with a minimum of (3) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, and geographic location.
