Organizes, monitors and prioritizes tasks of production line workers to meet production goals.Oversee and coach employeesEnsure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenanceCheck production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressTrain new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow proceduresEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsRecognizes and takes steps to resolve operating problems to minimize their impact on the operationsMeet production schedules by ensuring all scheduled products are made on-time and accurateProvide timely and accurate Performance Evaluations to team members.Distributes information to the team in a clear and timely manner.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (entire shift duration).Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly, and heavier items with assistance.Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and wrists.Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching.Climbing ladders or stairs, and working in various positions including kneeling, crouching, or crawling.Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid) and exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Good visual acuity to monitor production processes, read and interpret documents, gauges, and instruments.Ability to hear alarms, production machinery, and instructions in a noisy environment.Clear verbal communication ability to interact effectively with team members.Minimum of 2 years manufacturing and 2 years of front-line leadership experience.Able to train and motivate department personnel.Able to adjust to changing conditions, prioritize and manage work processes and workforce flexibilityBasic PC skillsExcellent leadership skills.Ability to resolve minor interpersonal conflictWilling and able to work in a variety of conditions (hot, cold, dust, etc.)High School Diploma/GED/HSEPI9bf3aeeaaea6-25660-#######2
