What You'll Be Doing
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making.

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
