What You'll Be Doing
Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
