Night Watch
$18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time, On-site
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 9:00 pm - 7:00 am. Three consecutive days off!
Are you empathetic, patient, and committed to empowering adolescents on their journey toward sustainable mental wellness?
As a Night Watch, you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents aged 12-17 on their path to improved mental health and well-being. Every day, you will be the comforting, attentive, and supportive presence available to our teens around the clock. Whether they're dealing with homesickness, a stomachache, or difficult emotions, you'll offer solace and guidance whenever needed.

Responsibilities
* Ensure client and campus safety by attending to overnight security and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
* Serve as a positive role model, encouraging teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications.
* Provide early intervention during emotional and behavioral crises.
* Maintain personal and professional boundaries at all times.
* Conduct nightly facility upkeep, including regular cleaning duties to ensure a clean, sanitized environment.
* Complete nightly documentation.
* Communicate important observations and updates to the Program Director and clinician team.
Qualifications
* Age: 21+ years of age or older.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred.
* Skills: Quick decision-making skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred.
* Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training.
* Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Missouri state laws.
