Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry/Stroke UnitLocation: NJ (Traveller RN - Multiple Locations Onsite in NJ) Hours:

• 36 hours per week

• 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

• 3 shifts per week

• Every other weekend required

Job Summary:

• This RN position focuses on providing care to stroke patients in the Telemetry unit. You will monitor vital signs, perform neurological assessments, and collaborate with the stroke team to ensure optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform neurological assessments and monitor for stroke-related symptoms.

• Administer stroke-related treatments and medications.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care.

• Float to other units, as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of RN experience in Telemetry or Stroke care.

Education & Certifications:

• ASN required, BSN preferred.

• Certifications: NIHSS, Telemetry, BLS-AHA.
