75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS -Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will notbe approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. EXP: 2 years experience current required inan 18 plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required. Must be a team player,flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one13-week travel assignment. CERTS: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. BLS and ACLSmust be completed through American Heart Association, American Health andSafety, or client. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler mustpass the BCA testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not passthe BCA test will be dismissed.SHIFTS: 12 hour night shift position - start time 1900 - 3 Weekend shifts in a 4 week scheduling period - Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first tofloat within facility and to alternate locationswithin 20 miles of permanent assigned location and to all areas in which theyare trained, including the ED and alternate holding areas to care forappropriate patients, including PresNow ED/UC (freestanding urgent/emergent care facilities) ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. SCRUBS: required and not provided by the facility.36
