Our insurance company is located in downtown Manhattan in an A building, and has attractive, state of the art professional offices. Its in-house civil litigation firm seeks an experienced No-fault trial attorney who can handle all aspects of No-fault defense litigation in the courts in all venues in the metropolitan area. The candidate must be very familiar with Regulation 68 issues, No-fault caselaw, and be particularly strong on the rules of evidence that often arise from a trial of a No-fault matter. No-fault trial experience is essential. The ideal candidate is one who works proactively and creatively. Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (no exceptions). The candidate must be results-oriented, with adept communication and negotiation skills, along with well-honed analytical abilities.

The candidates cases will cover all aspects of No-fault insurance defense issues including fraud/special investigations and medical provider fraud. This position seeks a candidate with two to eight or more years of legal experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
