Title: NOC Network Operation CenterLocation: Cary, NC Duration: 30 months Working Model:: Hybrid (8 days per month in office, based on business needs)Pay Rate Range:: $50-$56/hr on W2..ResponsibilitiesWillingness to work in 24x7 environments (including weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary) 24/7 network support including troubleshooting and resolving issues Hands on experience in network troubleshooting and customer service Familiarity with network monitoring tools Handle ticket management through Remedy, ServiceNow other ticketing systems Troubleshoot and resolve network issues both at the physical and logical layers Respond to customer queries when it comes to Network Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Certification in networking is a plus Cisco background is a Plus Note::They must go to the office if they lose network.(60 miles candidates are fine)Indotronix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
