Non-CDL Driver | F Endorsement Required | Lebanon, TN | $21/Hour + BenefitsTransForce is hiring a full-time Non-CDL Driver in Lebanon, TN. Earn $21/hour with consistent day shifts, local routes, and excellent benefits.
Position Highlights:- Pay: $21 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (hours may extend to complete all stops)
- Home Time: Home daily
- Equipment: 26' box truck
- Freight: Doors, trim, and crown molding
Key Responsibilities:- Freight Handling: Assist with loading and unloading of products at 4 distributor locations (driver will have a helper to assist)
- Route Management: Complete scheduled local deliveries with timely and professional service
- Safety & Compliance: Follow DOT regulations, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensure secure transport of freight
Requirements:- License: Valid driver's license with F endorsement required (for non-CDL drivers)
- Experience: Previous delivery or box truck driving experience preferred
- Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with loading and unloading of products (driver will have a helper)
- Availability: Willingness to work beyond scheduled shift if deliveries require additional time
