Implementation Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct accurate data collection activities during implementations
- Ensure accurate and successful operational launches
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness on all implementation processes as outlined in DXP SCS implementation timeline
- Conduct storeroom organization, labeling, data collection in Data Collection Tool, and validation of parts as directed by SMART
- Conduct implementation kick-off meetings and subsequent weekly status meetings with client stakeholders along with account General Manager
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations to the General Manager of potential candidates
- Conduct training and certification of newly hired operational staff in P21
- Accurate and timely communication at all levels
Qualifications of the
Implementation Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to multi-task while maintaining and adhering to established project timelines
- Direct and manage personnel in supporting project goals
