Position Type: Support Staff/Paraeducator Date Posted: 7/31/2024 Location: Elementary School Sites Closing Date: 08/31/24, or until filled Non-classroom (Playground/Lunchroom)Paraeducator Elementary School Sites Mankato Area Public Schools has positions available for a Non-Classroom (Playground/Lunchroom) Paraeducator at the Elementary School Sites beginning September 5, 2024. This position follows the district's student calendar and only reports for duty on days that students are present. While hours vary slightly from building to building, the hours are generally 10:45-1:15 M-F. Summary of Duties: Lunch and Recess supervisors provide supervision and ensure safety of students during Lunch/Recess periods held inside or outside of the buildings. Staff are prepared to support and reinforce positive behavior, engage positively with students, staff and families, and collaborate efficiently with colleagues. Rate of Pay starting at: $16.40 per hour. Application Deadline: August 31, 2024, or until filled.
