They will collaborate with the university to tailor content, provide expert instruction in their field, and ensure training outcomes align with defined goals. The trainer will also assess participant performance and make adjustments to improve the learning experience. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant professional experience related to the training to be taught.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, as well as experience working with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree.
- Teaching/presentation experience.
- Current professional license or certification, if applicable.
