You will work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allow you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. RESPONSIBILITIES With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to: Companionship Light cooking and cleaning Bathing, grooming, and toileting Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders Transportation for appointments and errands QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS No experience necessary; however, prior experience is helpful Exceptional communication skills Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state) Pass a drug screening BENEFITS Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Competitive Pay Paid Training Daily Pay after 30 days of employment Hiring bonus - $500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days Opportunities for advancement Medical/Vision/Dental and supplemental insurances 401K with company match We provide flexible schedules About us: HomeWell Care Services is dedicated to providing the best care to seniors and homebound persons across Northern Colorado.
