About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead the day-to-day activities of Revenue Management, driving the optimisation of available content and maximizing revenue opportunities for our North American Corporate markets.
Your primary mission is to sustainably grow our margins through steering strategies, ensuring that we prioritize and configure fares to guide customers toward highest margin opportunities on all routes and cabins. This includes all activities pre and post-sale to maximise margin where possible and legitimate.
This pivotal role requires a strong analytical mindset, as you will be responsible for identifying the opportunities within your portfolio and driving their execution with the team. You will be expected to model their financial impact and track their delivery to ensure we consistently meet or exceed expectations.
In addition to your content strategy leadership, you will play a key role in driving change management within our revenue management processes. Your ability to facilitate change and align our teams with new strategies will be essential to our success. This includes evolving our strategy alongside the ramp-up of new distribution channels, both from our business and our suppliers.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $110,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
