The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As the North American Fleet Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Setting and enforcing fleet policy for North America, in alignment to our global fleet standards.

  • Implementing traditional fleet models, and establishing new mobility solutions.

  • Collaborating with HR, Legal, Risk, Sourcing and Business Leadership to protect the corporation, and to drive change.

  • Managing our network of fleet management vendor partners.

  • Providing our sales and service drivers with outstanding service, and ensuring that corporate fleet is a trusted partner.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 10 years of corporate experience.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 5 years of corporate fleet management experience, managing sales and service fleets for both Canada and US drivers through FMC's. This may have included not working in an established/stable environment and working to build a best-in-class organization.

  • 3 years of supervisory experience as a people leader.

  • 3 years of leading large and complex projects successfully.

  • Current, valid Driver's License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Having strong financial acumen, and negotiating skillset.

  • Excellent analytical skills and able to drive and make business decisions.

  • Working well in a matrixed organization and understanding the complexities of change management. This includes driving change with stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of process and process improvement, and being able to determine true priorities.

  • Remote Canada or US

Travel: May include up to [5%][domestic/international]
