You want a job that balances your employment needs with your love for Tahoe activities.JOB SUMMARY:The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals, including large homes and small condos throughout service region.Cleaning
- Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and quality
- Clean 1-3 homes per day throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing time
- Properly follow processes for using apps and software for reporting and tracking time
- Effectively communicating with team members and supervisor to complete work
Safety
- Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment / supplies
- Participate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have your own vehicle and state minimum insurance coverage
- Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications
- Cleaning experience preferred, especially in vacation homes
- Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
- Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and move to / from and throughout homes
- To push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet
