Our program is designed for experienced professionals actively seeking full-time employment and requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree for participation. If you hold a Bachelor's Degree and significant experience in the same field as the job for which you are applying, feel free to take the first step in your journey and submit your application.

The first step of LEAD's process for job seekers is the New Applicant Briefing and Introductory session. Note that you MUST attend a briefing session before moving forward with the program.
