NovaLash trainers plan, organize, and instruct in a manner that encourages continued development in harmony with health, safety, and NovaLash values. Qualifications All candidates for this position must be previously NovaLash certified and have significant experience with NovaLash training and product offerings. The trainer is expected to have a proven track record in the cosmetics industry, including lash application, as well as a demonstrable understanding of the NovaLash technique. In-depth knowledge of NovaLash theory, science, and the ability to clearly communicate, perform, and illustrate this knowledge in a classroom setting is required.
