Positions Available:

  • Hourly Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Enjoy flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and weekend options.
  • Live-In Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Provide continuous care by residing with the client during scheduled shifts, offering consistent support and companionship.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in New York State
  • Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain
  • Completed drug screen or Habituation Form, or willingness to obtain
  • A compassionate, empathetic nature with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others

Key Responsibilities:

  • For Hourly Positions: Provide care and assistance during your scheduled shifts, including personal care tasks, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • For Live-In Positions: Reside with the client, providing round-the-clock care, personal assistance, and companionship.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities and maintain detailed records of care provided.
  • Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or care team.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly Positions: Competitive pay of $19.00-$20.00 per hour
  • Live-In Positions: Attractive rates and the stability of continuous care
