Job Description:

United Trades of America is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our client's team in Irondale, AL. This is a great opportunity for skilled individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to the success of a growing construction team. Key Responsibilities:

• Finish and smooth concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Set up and ensure proper alignment for concrete forms.
• Ensure quality control of concrete work, including checking for defects and smoothness.
• Work with team members to pour, level, and finish concrete.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher in construction.
• Ability to operate and maintain concrete finishing tools.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Must follow safety guidelines and work well in a team.
