Are you a compassionate, dedicated Female Personal Care Aide (PCA) fluent in English? We are looking for 5 outstanding individuals to join our team as Live-In Personal Care Aides in Brooklyn. In this rewarding role, you will live with and provide personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, enhancing their daily lives and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Administer medications as prescribed and provide medication reminders to ensure clients stay on track with their treatment plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate specific dietary needs to ensure clients well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with laundry to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, providing comfort and building strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Live-in care: You will be residing in the clients home during your shift, ensuring full-time, around-the-clock support.
What Were Looking For:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) in New York.
- Fluency in English is required (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Previous home care experience is preferred but not requiredwe are happy to train passionate, dedicated individuals!
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and genuine compassion for others are key qualities.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Physical exam, including drug test, measles (rubeola), rubella, and flu vaccine, within the last 6 months.
