Pay Information$70 to $85 per hour
About The PositionNurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, current CSP and Indiana state license. Provider will be working in a manufacturing plant treating employees. Shifts will be Tuesdays from 7:30a - 3:30p or 7:30a - 2:30p (with a 30 min lunch break). Will see 10-15 patients per day and patient population is adult (would prefer if provider can also see 10 years & up for urgent care). Prefer some nutrition and diabetic training, nutritional weight loss and cholesterol training background. Annual Physicals with some minor work-related injury,(sprain, strains). No Pap smears. Prefer 2+ years work experience. Local candidate. Support staff includes Medical Assistant.
