We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in the Texas Panhandle.

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting treating patients aged 2 and older
  • The average volume of 14-18 PPD
  • 1:1 provider to RN/MA ratio

Case Mix:

• Full primary care, including well-woman exams, physical exams, chronic care management, acute-episodic care, lab services, immunizations/allergy injections, and provider dispensing
  • Minor and limited procedures

Scheduling:

• Monday - Friday
  • 8 AM - 4:30 PM
  • No call

Requirements:

• Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
• BLS and DEA required
• Minimum of 24 months of experience
• Licensed in Texas
