* This role can sit in one of our three sites: Plymouth, Delano, and Litchfield. Most of the work will support Litchfield and require some travel back and forth.
Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join the team. Provide primary project leadership and voice of customer representation to new product development activities in schedule, budget, and technical facets.

Education and Experience
Required:
* Bachelor's degree or 10 years equivalent experience
* 5 years minimum experience working in a polymer processing or medical manufacturing
environment in a technical or leadership role
Desired:
* 5 years minimum experience working in a polymer processing or medical manufacturing
environment in a technical or leadership role and performing the essential job functions
listed above
* Post-secondary education, apprenticeship, or certificate training in polymer related or
project management discipline
Sr NPD Project Mgr requirements
* 8 years minimum experience working in a polymer processing or manufacturing environment in a technical or leadership role.
* 5 years (external hire) or 1 year (internal hire) performing the essential job functions listed above.
Desired:
* 10 years minimum experience working in a polymer processing or medical manufacturing environment in a technical or leadership role including at least 5 years (external hire) or 1 year (internal hire) performing the essential job functions listed above
* Post-secondary education, apprenticeship, or certificate training in polymer related or project management discipline
Job Responsibilities:
* Accountable and responsible for management and successful completion of assigned
projects
* Identify and manage risks within projects
* Provides technical support to estimating/sales for quoting new programs
* Participates in on/off site technical discussions/DFM reviews with customer
* Participates in tooling design review activities
* Work with internal supply chain resources to identify capable outside vendors to support
raw material and service needs
* Develops and manages project timelines
* Facilitates/leads regular project updates/conference calls with customer
* Manages internal cross-functional resources ensuring completion of assigned
deliverables
* Manages open sales order activity/dates for assigned NPD deliverables
* Reviews NPD outputs for profitability trend
* Participates in cross functional development and review/approval of manufacturing and
quality documentation
* Contributes to data analysis and collaboration with Quality Engineering
* Provides engineering consulting on existing production programs as needed
* Create, track, and report critical department KPI's
* Initiate, lead, and participate in continuous improvement activities as needed to support
critical KPI goals
* Manage projects across H&M manufacturing sites when required
