Job Summary:* Great working environment in a PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department* University Radiology Associates, LLP., located at 550 Harrison Center, Syracuse, N.Y.* No PET experience necessary will train* No weekends or call* Performs all duties with hybrid imaging in a PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department* Calculates, orders, administers and records radioactive isotopes* Instructs patients on proper exam preparation* Verify physician orders for procedures as well as properly identifying patient* Performs all required quality control procedures* Maintains compliance with continuing education requirements* We have a wonderufl opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Tech to sit for the NMTCB(CT) boards, as a student, enrolled with our College of Health ProfessionsMinimum Qualifications:CNMT or ARRT(N) and NYS DOH (Nuclear Medicine) License.
