- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Following up with clients to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
- Installing or changing software to fix issues
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
- Develop methods for improving current processes, procedures and customer relationships
- Promote and implement company standards
- Required to work non-standard (On-Call) hours, nights, weekends (on rotational basis) and/or holidays
- Other duties as assigned
What's a successful candidate look like?
- 6 months-1 year of IT internship or job experience
- College degree with computer-related courses or a combination of education, bootcamp, or related experience
- Knowledge of DB structure and schemas
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data analytics and statistics
- Demonstrated usage of analytical or BI related tools
- SQL Knowledge
Requirements:
- Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite at the office in Bentonville, AR, or Rogers, AR, and remotely when needed
$38,000 - $41,000 a year
