DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a valued member of our dedicated and compassionate nursing team, you will contribute to providing comprehensive, 24-hour care, seven days a week. Whether you are assisting residents with their morning routines or encouraging their participation in enriching activities, you will play an essential role in their daily experiences. These meaningful interactions will allow you to make a positive impact on their quality of life by delivering exceptional, heartfelt care.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
* Full-time employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
* Work hours are 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM), and 3rd shift (10:45 PM to 7:15 AM), with a 30-minute lunch.
* Rotating days and weekends, working every other weekend is required.
* Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
* Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or
* Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.
Special Requirement:
* This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
Additional Requirement:
* You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualification (not required):
* Previous long-term care experience is preferred.
Legal Requirements:
* A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
* This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
* Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
