Overview

Nurse Aide Trainee

Archcare at Ferncliff Nursing home is seeking interested and compassionate candidates that are looking to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and work at Ferncliff Nursing Home in Rhinebeck, NY. Upon successful completion of the program and successfully completing the NYS DOH Certification Exam, you will be placed in our facility as a Certified Nurse Aide in an open position (days/eve/nights/ PT or FT)

with a SIGN-ON BONUS after starting as a CNA!

You will be trained in many aspects of providing service with emphasis on developing good patient care. After successfully completing this course and passing the NYS Department of Health

Certification Exam, you will be qualified for work in long-term care facilities, hospitals, or home care agencies.

No previous experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain a Passing Average of 75 or above
• Must maintain Excellent Attendance
• Must have a sense of responsibility and accountability, self directing, creative and innovative ability to relate effectively and tactful.

Qualifications

• MUST COMMIT TO STRICT COURSE SCHEDULE OF MONDAY-FRIDAY; 4PM-1030PM
• Must have an interest in Nursing
• Be medically cleared for communicable disease and have all immunizations up-to-date
