AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Monday - Friday: 7am-3pm, 8am-1pm, 3pm-7pm, 3pm-9p, 430pm-9pm, 7pm-7am, and 9pm-7am

Saturday, and Sunday 7am-3pm, 8am-1pm, 8am-12pm, 3pm-9pm, 4:30pm-9pm, 5pm-9pm, 7pm-7am, and 9pm-7am

*Current TB skin test required*

*Two forms of Identification( Driver's License, and SS card)*

*Car insurance*

Nurse Aide 1 or PCAs must be comfortable providing care for our clients, including:

• Assist with dressing and grooming activity
• Assistance with transfers
• prepare meals
• med reminders
• possible occasional transportation involving running errands or taking client out for a change of scenery
• assist with toileting
• assist with safe ambulation with a focus on fall prevention at all time
• Experience with Dementia
