Position Summary:Under direct supervision, provides personal and homemaking services to ill, convalescing, elderly, and disabled persons in the patients' home.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1. Provides personal care of a patient, including bathing, grooming/hygiene, and toileting.2. Takes and records daily vital signs. Reports all vital signs that are outside the normal range.3.
