Responsibilities:
* Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build and maintain productive, culturally sensitive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring a healthy and supportive workplace environment.
* Promote Patient and Staff Development: Provide effective teaching to patients, families, and new staff, applying adult learning principles; serve as a mentor or preceptor when needed.
* Deliver Holistic Patient Care: Use the nursing process to create individualized care plans that address clinical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
* Ensure Effective Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with care teams to support patient safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications:
* Education: BSN preferred
* Licensure: Current RN license or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP). Multistate licensure may be required based on facility location.
* Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. National certification preferred.

* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to maintain positive, caring relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning patients.
