This role will support holistic oncology/hematology care by administering chemotherapy/immunotherapy, iron infusions, injections, blood transfusions and will monitor the patient s response. The nurse will be expected to perform clinical assessments, symptom management, and nursing care of venous access devices. As a Clinical Coordinator, you have the responsibility for all clinical areas, which include daily assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of quality patient care. Lead as a role model and clinical resource for staff, providing guidance and professional development. Facilitates interdepartmental coordination, identifying opportunities for growth and change to ensure that the quality of patient care and services is maintained. - Active New Jersey RN License or approved RN license required
- ASN or BSN required, BSN preferred
- AHA BLS prior to start date required
- Hospital acute and/or subacute care experience required; infusion experience strongly preferred
