Community hospital looking to bring on a Nursing Director ER! Quarterly Bonus Incentive!

Responsibilities include staff development, evidence based clinical practice; personnel resource/productivity management; fiscal management; patient quality, safety and performance improvement; and regulatory compliance.

Emergency Department consists of 14 rooms, with a current renovation underway to expand to 20-rooms December 2025.

• Bachelor's degree of Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state).
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS is required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience (Manager role or above) in the Emergency Department.
• Master's degree (MSN, MHA, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience working in a community hospital Emergency Department is preferred.
