Department/Unit:Perioperative PRNWork Shift:Position will focus on education of current staff and orientation of new staff. Must hold current New York State Registered Nurse registration and certification or eligible for licensure in New York State.Creates a collegial and collaborative environment among all members of the healthcare team. Coaches and mentors staff. Researches and develops specialty specific practice standards and communicates them to other staff in their area of specialty.Ability to identify problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
