Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nurse Manager ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The ER Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN highly preferred
• 1+ years of applicable acute care nursing experience required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
• BLS required
