-What You'll Do:
As the Nursing Manager / Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership will contribute to the enhancement of our care standards, resident well-being and the culture of our facility.
The Nursing Manager / Clinical Care Coordinator facilitates the implementation of the care delivery model and is responsible for the daily clinical operations of the center including compliance, coordination of care and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.

Sign-On Bonus for RNs - $7,500.00
Sign-On for LPNs - $5,000.00
