Join a team of professionals in providing exceptional emergency care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in the Plano community.Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification* Lead and manage the Emergency Services nursing team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.* Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care in the Emergency Services department.* Oversee patient care activities, including triage, assessment, treatment, and discharge, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care in the emergency setting.* Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and department performance, implementing improvements to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.Candidate requirements* A bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field is preferred.* A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in acute care ER is required.
